Well with this post I want to change the minds of those people. With the following information I want you to realize that even with low income you can make your dreams to come true. Hallandale Beach covers it all. From places priced for multimillionaires to properties offering homes to low-income families.

There are low-income apartment communities here – Wesley Group Home, Hurley Hall, Harbor Cove, Chaves Lake and Housing. In Hallandale Beach besides the income-based apartments where typically tenants pay no more than 30% of their income towards rent and utilities, you can also find low rent/ subsidized apartments. These do not provide direct financial help but still remain affordable. And additionally, there are housing choice vouchers.

I feel it’s also very important to mention all kinds of programs Hallandale Beach is offering to the residents. There is First time homebuyers help, offering up to $80k to qualified buyers which can be used towards their down payment and/or closing cost. Under the community redevelopment agency there are other programs available like paint vouchers and more.

But back to you, all the potential buyers living elsewhere that do not have millions. Trust me, there is currently still a number of properties priced under $200k. The Olympus Condo and Marina has 17 acres of lush landscaped gated community with heated pools, tennis courts, BBQ area and more, where you can purchase apartments under $200k. They can also be leased out and provide a source of income to their owners.

Of course, the inventory of available properties changes based on the buyer’s demands; some of them have age requirements of the buyer or rental restrictions.
